抖音创始人是张一鸣。张一鸣于1983年生，2005年毕业于南开大学，2012年创办了字节跳动公司，公司孵化了抖音、今日头条、火山小视频等5家公司。2013年，张一鸣先后入选《福布斯》“中国30位30岁以下的创业者”和《财富》“中国40位40岁以下的商业精英”。
